This policy explains what Mobilize IQ collects when you use mobilizeiq.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Mobilize IQ is operated by Askyr Software Works.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information every website receives.

• Contact details you enter in a form, such as your name, work email, phone number and company
• What you tell us in a form, such as the size of your business or the question you asked
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, recorded in server logs

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange a demo you asked for
• To send you information you requested about Mobilize IQ
• To keep the website secure and to stop spam and abuse
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it to advertise to you on other websites.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as our hosting provider, the customer relationship management system we use to keep track of enquiries, and email delivery. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Where it is stored

This website and the information submitted through it are stored in Canada. Some of our service providers, including the system we use to keep track of enquiries, may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversation, and then delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited time, for security.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Write to privacy@mobilizeiq.app and we will respond.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and the current version is always on this page. This version was published in September 2026.
